I went to the beach this weekend to hang with my mom's friend Keri and my friends Jordyn and Mark. Mark is one month younger than me, but like everyone else, he is crawling circles around me and outweighs me by 4+ pounds. At least I can high-five!

Shout Out

I want to excitedly welcome my new friend, Gabriel Tosh Simpson. He FINALLY arrived July 24, 2008 (over cooked by 9 days!) weighing in at, are you sitting down, 10lbs 3oz. I weighed that much at about 5 months. I can't visit him for awhile because I have baby cooties but mom and dad are going to visit Heather and Serge and new baby Gabe at the hospital and promise to post a picture. YEAH!!!!

Lately i've been really picky with my food (lentils being the food of choice for the moment) which has not pleased mom and dad all that much. Needless to say, i'll I have to do is give them my cute smile and all their stress seems to float away. :-)

Cape Cod and the Beach

Whoa! this beach thing is really really cool. We met the Lasky crew at the beach in Orleans to check out the Atlantic Ocean. Sand is such a trip and i wasn't aware of the fact that i can wear my bathing suit outside of the YMCA pool. Mom is really into the tanning thing and Dad just gets badly burned - A bucket and a shovel, two new concepts that i can't wait to explore more of as the summer goes on.

So my mom's good good friend Auntie Allison brought uncle Tim and me new friends Olivia and Nate to the Cape to visit. They came from Providence which was a super long drive (for kids anyway) and although we were suppose to go to the beach, the weather did not cooperate. So we went to the Heritage Museums and Garden in Sandwich, MA. There was lots of stuff to do there.

Oh my god! Cousin Andrew is so funny. Who knew that at 9 months one can crawl, pull up on tables and climb walls. I'm still content hanging in one place however Andrew really opened my eyes to what lies ahead for me.
