Brunch

Yeah! I finally got to meet Sofia! We go back a long way...we did prenatal yoga together! Okay so her mom Sarvelia and my mom did. So technically, we could not see one another then but it was fun hanging now. Sofia was born 9 days before me so she knows a lot more. I can hold my own though. Look at my wrestling moves. Thanks to Sarvelia and Erik for feeding us!

More Basketball

Neither Charlotte or I really understood the game so we hung out together. She told my mom its too hard to not squint with flash and to turn it off. She's bossy.

76ers Basketball

So last night Liam and I took the subway down to the basketball game to meet up with our parents and enjoy the Philadelphia 76ers play the Phoenix Suns. I am suppose to route for the 76ers but since mom did not know any of their players and Shaq and Grant Hill are on the Suns and she knows them, she decided to route for the Suns (west coast represent!). That Shaq is as broad and he is tall...WOW! My dad always says that he is an average size man (in the NBA). Now i believe him.

Artistic Bunny Shots

Natural light. They kept getting all crazy about the natural light and shadows. Whatever...

Bunny on the Chair

I warned you the bunny ears were going to keep showing up. Here I am propped on the chair. Thanks for letting me borrow this outfit Tova. Finally, being little has its advantages! I get to use all the hand-me-downs.

Easter Morning

There were a number of bunnies that showed up this morning and I can imagine they will continue to show up for the rest of the day. Thanks for the ears grandma....

because I am cute

So I have not posted any of these in awhile. Oh, you know you love them. Can't deny it. I am one CUTE baby.

Play Mat

Had to show Darian how its done.

Swing

And here my mom tells people I don't like swings...

A Good End to a Long Day

This is how babies do it in NC.

Hangin with my peeps

So this trip to North Carolina was to visit one of my mom's oldest friend (Auntie) Kim and her new baby (cousin) Darian. He was born Feb 28th. My Auntie Chantal flew in from LA and I came in from Philadelphia to meet Darian, check out Charlotte, and let mom pretend it was old times. Here are pics of mom and Kim with Nacho's cousin Copper and Auntie Chantal pulling double duty with my and Darian.

I woke up!

So I did see some stuff, I told you I did. It was such a busy walk I got hungry. That what happens when you are a growing girl.

Afternoon Walk

North Carolina was really scenic; at least what I remember seeing. Hey, Darian fell asleep too.

Wake Up!

This morning I woke up in a bed that was not my own. My mom caught me in a boy's bed. Whoops.

Cat Nap

Mom likes it when we are on the train.

Trains, Planes, and Automobiles

On our way to North Carolina...leaving out of Newark (YEAH NEW JERSEY) which means a ride on Amtrak...yeah! Here I am in 30th Street Station.

Riding High!

The air is so much more crisp up here...

Sunday morning

This is what we do when we wake up...
Eat bones
Do backflips
Good fun.

Eating Chicken

Oh, I ate it. And liked it. Tried teriyaki flavor tonight..let's see what we do tomorrow!

Lydia

Okay, so I was not home for this visit but mom's friend Lisa came over with baby Lydia (she is 6 weeks). I think she is pretty close to outweighing me. Oh, on Monday I clocked in at 11 pounds 12 ounces. I am little...what can I say...

Oh the Irony

Here is my vegetarian mom making me chicken. Turns out that the new recommedation for breastfed babies is that chicken be one of the first foods. My mom had never made it but my dad said she did a damn good job. Thank you Auntie Bethany for teaching mom how to do "shabbot" chicken (although I think she used crazier spices) and Auntie Erin for her marinating tips. The second piece was teriyaki (yeah soy vay!).
