Big Girl Tub

I like bath time now that i can lounge in some water. To celebrate my 7 week birthday mom and dad decided i was grown up enough to handle such an experience. Wish there was a Jacuzzi nozzle or two in this thing.

Great Uncle Neal and Lauren

This morning my Great Uncle Neal and his friend Lauren stopped by for a visit. We walked down the street to Sabrina's for quick breakfast (love their french toast btw) and they caught us up on all of the news from the Cleveland side of the family. Can't wait to have my first, Cleveland only, chocolate covered potato chip and fried spaghetti pie. yummmmmm!

Little Blue Dress

Grandma brought this dress all the way from Los Angeles. She told me that this was Mom's FIRST dress and that one day i will fit into it. Guess that day finally came. By the way, did i mention that i am now 8 pounds and 6 ounces.

Nacho Einstein

Everyone in the house is getting good use out of the Baby Einstein.

Magellan Visits Philadelphia

Although i am not in any of the below photographs (i was taking the pictures), we were blessed with a visit from the truly infamous traveler, Magellan. He shared a "Philly Cheesesteak" with Uncle Mike and then proceeded to tour the city. Magellan was visiting from Bridgewater New Jersey (by way of New Hampshire and NYC) and is off to California next for some fun fun in the california sun sun.

Cousin Lisa

All sorts of Cederbaums visited me this weekend. My cousin Lisa drove down from NYC and spread her smiles and joy throughout Philadelphia.

Lisa also showed me pictures of my other new cousin, Andrew (Adam and Karen's new baby boy and yes, another new Cederbaum) who i can't wait to hang with at Uncle Andy and Aunt Anne's pad on the Cape.

Me and Uncle Mike

Man, what can i say? i really love Uncle Mike.

Week 6 Wake Up!

So this morning i woke up to an Uncle Mike and Aunt Becky sandwich with a little bit of Julie and Nacho in between. What a way to celebrate the start of Week 6! I also had my first encounter with BO, thanks Uncle Mike.

Mark, oh mark.....

So today i met Mark - i gotta say, he's pretty cute and just my size (did i mention that he's available too?).

Mike and Becky

Ok, so finally Mike and Becky made the long journey to Philly. Mike flew in from Los Angeles and Becky flew in from South Africa.

So i know what ya'll are thinking - Uncle Mike and i look alike. Is it the nose? the face? the baldness?

Uncle Mike and Aunt Becky rule!!!

Aunt Sandy

Today Aunt Sandy came down from NYC for a visit - I can't wait to hit up the Portuguese feast in Newark (yeah New Jersey!!) and of course take part in Aunt Sandy's famous Halloween Parties - can you see Jolly Green Giant, Sprout, and Pea in a Pod?

Ready, Set, Hut, Hut, Hike!

So today Dad decided to try the old time favorite "Football Hold" with me. As it turns out, holding me like that really helps push the gas through my body and makes me feel soooo much better. He is too funny.

Kickin' it!

Now that i'm almost 6 weeks old i thought i'd start loungin' around the house.

Mom seems to like it when i kick it in the boppi, it seems to be the perfect fit!

Gas Face

What can i say, when it hurts down below all i can do is make my gas face. It seems that Dad and Charlotte like to mimic me, above are their versions of the gas face.

Love The Squid

Thanks to uncle Serge and aunt Heather - i can now sport this hip squid outfit. Squids are so cool.

My Two Dads

If dad had met Serge first i would have 2 straight dads.

A Long Deserved Shout Out!

Because my Uncle Serge was the designated birth photographer, he was inadvertantly excluded from my Birth Center pictures (for those of you who need a reference please revist my first post).

To correct this malady i chose to celebrate week 5 with him and his new bride heather. We danced, we played and we threw down some old school signs.

I love my Uncle Serge and Aunt Heather.

Week 5 - Cruising Center City

So to celebrate my 5th week, we decided to head into center city Philadelphia. Mom and Dad strapped me into the Bumble Ride, wrapped me up like we were going into the arctic and off we went.

After some cruising in town, we made a lunch stop at Cosi 'cause both my dad and I needed to be fed.

We then headed to DiBruno Brothers where my mom spent 30 minutes tasting cheese (for some reason she's super excited about raw milk cheese). Since i was sleeping and the were too lazy to get a basket, i ended being a shopping cart. Maybe the should use me for DiBruno advertising.

Now who do ya'll think i look like?

Amtrak....

Mom took me down to DC for the night (she was presenting at the American Public Health Association conference) and i got to have my first train trip. Dad does this almost everyday to New York, man that has got to be tiring. Check me out, i love amtrak and the changing table in the bathroom and the bar car and the conductors and the nice comfy seats and the views - ohhh the views (by the way, fall is setting in quite nicely on the east coast).

Grandpa Steve!!!!!

Finally grandpa steve showed up and all i gotta say is THANKS FOR THE NOSE GRANDPA!

He checked me out for all of my vital signs and developmental milestones and gave me the green light to continue growing. Can't wait to see you again in December grandpa.
